The Peenemünde Historical & Technical Museum is located at the site, where German scientist developed the V-1 and V-2 rockets during World War II. The focus of the museum is therefore also rockets and the development and use of rockets from World War II until today. The museum is also showing a collection of aircrafts used by the East German Air Force during the cold war.
